BEGIN YOUR Horse’s JOURNEY.

TRAINING

Your horse will arrive at our facility for an initial 60, 90, or 120-day period, depending upon the needs of both horse and rider. Customizable plans are also available for horse and rider beyond the initial evaluation period.

1:1 COACHING

Throughout various steps in your horse’s training, you’ll be asked to participate in 1:1 coaching sessions so that you and your horse develop confidence with each other. It’s not enough for Tommy that your horse responds well to him. In his years of cultivating human/horse relationships, he has learned how important it is that horse and rider are able to communicate effectively once they leave his care. People often hear, “You bought the plane, not the pilot.” Tommy’s goal is that you take home a horse you can pilot on your own or a horse that is programmable and uncomplicated enough for you and your trainer to enjoy success in any discipline you might wish.

“I’m not a fan of phrases like ‘horse whisperer’ or ‘natural horsemanship.’ I prefer terms like Practical, straightforward, uncomplicated, and communication. There’s a million ways to get what you want out of your relationship with your horse. It doesn’t matter what you call it, so long as it works.”
